got there had evening meal woke up early morning being sick and the runs lasted 2 days over the week food not the best general condition of the hotel poor we had a good time 2 yrs ago hence return trip but has gone down the pan wont return again

Dear guest, Unfortunately, there was a norovirus affecting people all through the island, which had nothing to do with our H&S standards. I regret to know that you got the bug during your stay, thus affecting your satisfaction and enjoyment. I am glad to say that by now, the spread of the illness has stopped and there is no one affected anymore. Great hotel up on a hilltop so views spectacular, great sunsets visible on balcony. Exceptionally good food for a hotel, really enjoyed all my meals, dining room has fantastic views too. Beach club a super facility with friendly staff and good snacks during the day. Overall perfect, only complaint is every room has an adjoining door, but all I heard was my neighbour snoring occasionally! Great hotel!

Excellent hotel with great food and outstanding views. Really good All Inclisuve facilities featuring a beach bar with food and drinks. All staff friendly and professional including Marco & Monique.

All inclusive break. 2 adults age 60 plus Bed was extremely hard. 1 Pillow very thin had to request more and towels very thin. Room on top floor reached by 4 different lifts (exhausting) which broke down a couple of times! Not for elderly or people with mobility issues. Lady fell on wet steps when we were there and broke her arm. Basic hotel that needs refurbishment. Food ok but somewhat repetitive. Wifi in lobby only and no english channels on TV just CNN. Hotel in a ravine and nothing in surrounding area. Small black sand beach reached by courtesy bus. Morgan town very nice and reached by courtesy bus but only once a day. Entertainment not good as seemed to be almost same thing most nights ( juggler and acrobat act.) Nothing much for children to do and most seemed bored. Staff and cleaners worked hard but I would not return. The cost was reasonable so I guess I got what I paid for. I think 4 stars is a little too generous for the hotelin it's current state, it should really be 3.
