Dear V. Thank you so much for sharing your experience at Servatur Montebello. We are sorry for the incidences experienced during your stay. This is certainly not the quality of service we want to provide to our guests. Moreover, we inform you that all our beds are single beds and reception only opens from 8 AM to 12 PM. Our night porter assists check-ins and check-outs during the night. In connection with your shirt, we have not received any email so please, write us again. We would be delighted if you would honor us with another opportunity to convince you of our Servatur Hotels service and quality.
