First they put me in a dirty room so I had to drag my luggage back downstairs and tell the manager that the room they put me in was not cleaned yet. Then they only “made it right” by giving me a $10 “cafe” card. Also the bed was hard as a rock and I could feel the springs poking me in back. Also the valet is not part of the hotel, but when I checked in I was told they were.

I didn't have an issue with the property and just had some advise for improvement until I saw what I was charged for parking/Valet. Rented car for 5 days for $199 but Parking was $260. How is that possible? They did not mention it anywhere. There is overnight public parking about 100 yards down the street for $15 a night. Only used the car twice as we walked everywhere. Hotel location was great and walking distance to all places to see. The only thing that needed improvement was the pillows. Way too hard and caused neck and shoulder pain from the first night. There were small things but not a big issue, example, TV wouldn't fully turn off and in the middle of the night it would come on with all white screen for few seconds and then turn off. First night felt like we were being visited by UFO. Second thing was that no matter what, I couldn't bring the AC/HVAC above 75. My comfortable temperature is 77.

Good stay!

Staff were great, room was nice, spacious (we had an accessible shower room) and clean. Only negative thing I’d say is the parking situation and the TV taking a really long time to respond to the remote. Nice place, convenient location, overall a good experience!
