The hotel is very close to the white house and a few shops and metro within walking distance, however the room we stayed had issues with the shower, shade and room temperature. The ac was not working properly, it was extremely cold

The location was great for the locations on our list to visit. Hyatt staff was friendly, attentive and professional. Room was nice & clean. Reported light out, bath vent not functioning & telephone not operating. None listed were fixed during stay.

Good location, and our room was big enough for the family. Trouble-free bathroom/shower area. The Expedia rate does NOT cover breakfast, which was then $11/person. The room air conditioner was very loud and rattley, right next to the sliding glass bathroom door, so that rattled too.

The rooms were clean, staff were very friendly and professional, the only two issues were the breakfast choices, the quality of the food were not great, and the fee for parking was outrageous…. spent nearly $400 for a 5 day stay just to park my car. That combined with the cost of the room was way too much for a 5 day stay.

Great stay!

Decided to stop in DC about 20 miles away. Check in process was quick and welcoming. The Valet helped us with parking the over sized vehicle and trailerit was towing which, was street parking just up the road and because it was on a weekend, no need to feed the meter. Very pleasant stay. There are electric bikes and scooters to rent very close by which provided a self guided tour of the Capitol District. Great pizza places along our journey to the monuments. Will definitely stay again.
