Lovely hotel, courteous staff and good facilities. The communal areas seemed very dark and in need of a refurbishment. Disappointed to find that the full cost of the breakfast was not included in my room rate even though that was what o thought I had agreed to. It seems you are only allowed one item off the breakfast menu to avoid extra charges. Also I was not aware of the additional daily urban experience fee of $40 (incl tax) charged to my account which increased the bill significantly. I think a hotel of this quality should be more transparent with its charging.
