I called two weeks before arriving to check on parking. On previous visits, valet parking was $35. Now I was told $55. It's a lot, but I wouldn't have to look elsewhere. Two weeks later we arrived and parking is now $70!! That's ridiculous! There should have been some notice to people with reservations. Also in the bad communication area, we were given no information at check-in and there is no longer information in the room. We had to call the front desk to find out everything, from wifi passcode to ice. Sad.

Great Location! We were able to walk to the Mall and Smithsonian. Our room was clean and comfortable Furnishings were worn and dated, but the price was hard to beat. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay

We’ve stayed here many times and it is always an excellent experience. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and well kept! It is quiet and situated close to anything you really need! Highly recommended!

This hotel was better than I expected. Very friendly staff, clean and nice room. I would stay here again. My only complaint is that one English muffin and one regular coffee was 12.00, so I do not recommend the breakfast.
