Staff seemed preoccupied and unconcerned about customer service. Shower leaked all over the floor. Toilet needed constant jigging inside the back to fill. Couch and carpet were threadbare.

Stylish Hotel with Some Hiccups, But Good Overall

The Churchill Hotel is a stylish and well-kept property in a great location. My room was clean and comfortable, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel is impressive. That said, I did run into an issue with the air conditioning not working in my room. Initially, both the front desk and engineering were slow to respond. However, once the manager got involved, things moved quickly and I was relocated to a functioning room without further issues. Despite the delay, I appreciated how the situation was ultimately handled. For the price—especially compared to other options in the area—it’s a good, budget-friendly stay. I’d consider staying again.

Parking challenges

The room was great. However, upon arrival, there was no parking available. When I asked for suggestions on where to park, the front desk had none. We had to park a half mile away and walk back. This was not what we expected from a hotel.
