We are located at 376 Mile Road in Wells Beach Maine, a 1 minute walk from Wells Beach. We have everything you want in your Maine Coast vacation or weekend getaway. Other great beaches to explore and enjoy are also nearby.

The location was great. A minute walk to the beach. No view from the property. It had all the necessities and the price was right. 30 minutes from Portsmouth or Portland. Great nature hiking in the Laudholm Farm Reserve.

room clean - grounds gross

Although the room itself was for the most part clean the grounds were littered with cigarette butts. The shower rod was rusting out. No instructions on how to work the TV and had no way to call someone. The beds were quite worn and very uncomfortable. They made a big deal of parking in your assigned spot but when I went to the desk to report someone had parked in my assigned spot - again - I was described as irate by the weekend desk clerk.. out in the middle of the parking lot ... in front of other guests. Clearly that cleared doesn't know what irate is !
