I checked in late and the lobby and my hallway recked of pot smoke , disgusting . The morning I woke up and they had an air cleaner on lobby and the hallway still stink bad . It’s a shame one guy killed for me

One light over the bed did not work, my towels had stains on them, the floor had questionable splatter marks there was water damage in side of my dresser drawers an ant in my other drawer, someone’s public hair in my bed several of them, ants coming out of the mirror. Cockroach came out of the wall. A male staff who is at the front desk at night and was just all around lacking in care for his job he came off rude when my boyfriend tried to discuss this with him and when my boyfriend stated “this is supposed to be your most premium room we literally paid extra” he said “yep… i know… your right..” and didn’t offer anything else in conversation just crappy experience all around .
