Room was clean and tidy. It’s spacious which is the best bit. Mattresses are too soft for those who prefer firmer beds. Parking is problem. Our only option was valet parking which costed us $45/day. Wi-Fi is not the greatest. Staff is friendly.

Staff was particularly positive and respectful (a bit rare these days). With many older but not disabled people traveling, think the very deep tubs (difficult to maneuver safely gettgin in or out) shold be replaced (maybe a safety bar to hold onto would help at the very least. As well, customers in most hotels have access to a hand held shower apparatus for more complete cleanliness. Otherwise, room is very nice! Whistler Village is right out the door and the myriad of shops and activity keep one entertained. AS well, this time of the fall provides beautiful leaves and significantly cheaper prices in this special part of the world !
