I liked the location because there was a lot of things to do close by, like the gondola and the village. I also really enjoyed their outdoor pool. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

4th or 5th time staying here. Never any complaints. Comfortable and well fun hotel. K no o or ring up front that parking and resort fee adds $60 would be helpful.

Exactly what my boys and I needed. We came for the bike park. Easy, safe, secure parking lot for our car and their bikes. Staff were all pleasant. The rooms were perfect with amazing beds and pillows. We’ll be back!

Avoid.

Where to begin. Not allowed to use luggage cart unless you pay for it (tip). Was refused. Complained advised sorry what can we do - heard nothing back. Empty body lotion containers in both bathrooms had to call reception for them to be filled? Only decaf coffee again needed to ask staff who were in the hallway cleaning other rooms. second bathroom sink would not drain unless you physically had to lift plunger? Construction work directly outside our window (golf driving range). Dirty fridge and dishes - everything needed to be washed prior to using.
