The property and rooms are dated. Needs a refresh. Not worth the cost. Staff are excellent.

Hotel was in a great location. It’s close to the heart of downtown without being on the beaten path. Beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor complaints are that the in room appliances are very dated and that the particular room we stayed in had an oddly placed jacuzzi hot tub a few inches from one the 2 queen beds. Also, another minor complaint, is that on the night we stayed there, there was a very strong cooking smell that permeated the entire hotel. It smelled very strongly of cooked sausages from the reception lobby all the way to the top floor where we stayed. The stay was more than functional, but I wouldn’t class it as a luxurious experience.

Old but decent.

Comfortable overall stay. Older hotel which shows but the price is decent for what you get.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Beds comfortable and kitchen super handy! Decor was a bit dated but everything was very clean. We went in summer and there was a small walk to the hotel but no shuttle. For us it was no problem but for my elderly parents it was a bit much with the suitcases. The location was fantastic all within walking distance. It wasn’t in the direct heart of the village but close enough to the action of the village and far enough away to avoid the sounds of the nightlife. We really enjoyed a drink on the balcony at night too. Restaurants, fast food, grocery store liquor stores all a short walk away! We would definitely return again. Perfect for families or singles- they had a lovely pool and hot tub that we enjoyed in the beautiful weather

Good property, enjoyed my stay. Mountain views were mostly covered with trees from my room. I think those could have been improved. The photos and the actual view are very different. The reason for not giving 5 star is parking had to be paid separately. This is generally included in room rent.

Location of the hotel is great. Quiet, but still just few minutes from the main square. There is a nice bakery, a bistro and a restaurant at the property. Staff were pleasant. The room has everything, but needs an upgrade. The balcony was literally filthy. It was long time ago when the fence was cleaned. There were two uncomfortable plastic chairs on it that needed cleaning. It could be that the balcony is used for the dogs as the hotel is dog friendly. All in all, a decent 3 star hotel on a good location.

Great location, close to everything so very walkable. Biggest negative was the very cramped parking lot - might be better to look at other lots nearby since you pay extra for parking anyways. Room. Was a bit cramped but clean and comfortable.

Great stay!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Staff was so friendly. We were in a tall vehicle and there was a parcade (paid parking) but right nearby which was nice. Room was amazing! We were welcomed with a room upgrade which included the in suite tub - amazing! Very clean and quiet.

This hotel is dated and tired, and really could be spruced up (though the landscaping/flowers outside are nice). But the room was clean, the kitchenette (one of the reasons why we chose this hotel) was handy, it had air conditioning, the beds were comfortable, it was quiet, the staff were nice, and there is complimentary keurig coffee in the lobby. The shower is 'European-style' and doesn't fully close, which I always find annoying in North America, but it didn't soak the bathroom to any great degree (thankfully!). We had a rather large balcony and even though it overlooked the entrance area, it was still lovely. The biggest issue was that our son wanted to take a bath in the tub in the room but as soon as the water level got above the jets, enormous amounts of black sludge started pouring out of them. It was beyond disgusting. That said, the pool and hot tub, both outdoors, were arguably the cleanest I've ever seen at a hotel. I usually avoid hotel hot tubs, but this one was spectacularly clean, despite being used near constantly. Tip: if you want to have the pool/hot tub area all to yourself, just go in the morning. Our kids used it alone 3 days in a row - while it got busier in the afternoon. Overall, it was a good stay for a good price.

Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff, but the underground parking is very 'tight' also the air conditioner was right beside the far bed so the cold air blows right on you, I had to pile pillows to block the chill, even tried moving the vents, didn't help. Apart from these two things it was great!

Good spot

The location in the Village is great. No issues with cleanliness. Gym is just an elliptical and a treadmill and one of them was broken. Likewise, not a lot of resting furniture at the pool and one of the lounges was broken. Front desk was very helpful.
