"A well located hotel with most staff helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast with very helpful and friendly breakfast staff. Advertises tea and coffee in the room, but no cups......no coffee either for me! When approaching reception to advise that there was no cup in the room, I was told without apology to get one from the breakfast room. Could have been a much more enjoyable experience!"

"Ich hatte einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, und das verdanke ich zu einem großen Teil dem exzellenten Service von Frau Anabelle. Vom ersten mirgen nach meiner Ankunft an empfing sie mich mit herzlicher Freundlichkeit und Professionalität, sodass ich mich sofort willkommen fühlte. Während meines gesamten Aufenthalts war Anabelle stets überaus zuvorkommend – sei es mit hilfreichen Empfehlungen, der perfekten Vorbereitung meines Zimmers oder indem sie sich erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung war. Ihre Liebe zum Detail und ihre freundliche Art trugen maßgeblich zu einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt bei. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, komfortabel und gut gepflegt, aber der Service von Anabelle machte es zu etwas ganz Besonderem. "Our stay at the lake hotel was simply wonderful. The room was very spacious, cozy, and tastefully furnished. It was spotlessly clean, and the bed was excellent. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, and the evening meals were outstanding. We especially enjoyed the sauna, the hotel’s private beach right on the lake, and our large terrace. In short, we highly recommend this hotel."
