Rude staff dated and old maid staff enters rooms when your not there goes through personal belongings and steals. One person from the front desk staff will tell you one thing and another something completely different. This used to be a nice resort but not any longer

In the room, it only had eight channels for the TV with no premium channels. It had very minimal cooking equipment. The frying pan was missing. It didn't have a spatula to cook with. While it looked neat and clean. It was still very minimalistic. The small things such as the utensils and the TV and no DVD player made it a three star

The repair man never fixed the wash machine and the time share meeting gift card didn't work after 24 hours. As a hotel stay, it was great and we'll be back. As an advertisement for their time share hotel package, no way are we getting involved with leaky sinks, broken wash machines and inattentive staff But the staff was great when we saw them. We will be back.
