There was a heavy smell of marijuana in the hallway. The unit upstairs had children who were runningand jumping around at 10 o'clock at night. There was a large dead bug sitting on the window seal in the hallway. This was definitely not what I expected.

Won’t be returning

The only thing that was good about my stay was the pool. Once we arrived we had issues with our second rooms door lock. They replaced it and it still didn’t work. Nobody offered to move us and the safety of my kids were at risk. They only refund $28 dollars of resort fees but took 5 hours and 3 maintenance men to try to fix a door that couldn’t be fixed. Front desk wasn’t any help either. The beds were not comfortable either. I won’t be back to this resort and I’ll be emailing corporate as well. Big red stain on our floor and they had bags of cleaning products just sitting outside the building all day and nobody picked it up

Our stay was great. I was skeptical after some of the reviews. However the unit was spacious and very clean. Check in and check out as smooth. The amenities are great. Close to everything. Staff was excellent. Checked in with us via text regarding stay. Will definitely return.

Nice Resort - Fees Unclear

Room was very nice. Amenities and on-site activities were quite good. I WAS surprised, though, and not happy about 30 additional dollars in "Resort Fees" that Hotels.com did not show in the hotel price. It makes it hard to trust Hotel.com's quotes.

We were a group of 2 adults and 4 teens. I booked a suite with 4 bedrooms. We were hoping to spend time together in the living room as a group and then as people were ready to retire to bed, they could go there and then the rest of us could continue to gather. When we checked in we were provided TWO 2-bedroom suites in the same building, which was not convenient. I told the polite woman at check in that we booked a 4-bedroom and she said "they were sold out". How can you allow me to book something that is sold out? We made it work and the units were both nice, but it totally threw off our plans. Some of us went to the pool, which was convenient, had towels, etc. But either had an enormous amount of chemicals in it or needed to be cleaned - we could not see below our knees in the pool. Took a thorough shower when we returned to the unit. Overall it was a decent visit, but still upset that what I booked a reservation for is not what I was provided.

Nice area but no close restaurants. Our condo was nice but we had a dead bolt that was not secure and we did report it for repair. Our room needed some wall art but the amenities were very nice. Loved sitting on the back patio and watching the sunset on the golf course. Definitely needs more outside lighting at night. All in all, we had a great stay!
