The fire extinguisher was extremely sensitive. Just opening the oven door or cooking on stove top the extinguisher kept going off. But overall really nice stay.

Daughter's 19th birthday trip to Busch Gardens

This location is pretty nice. The outside was well maintained and looks up to date. They are apartment style suites, so they have plenty of room to accommodate a small family. We had a 2 bedroom suite, one room with twin size beds and the outside bathroom. The main room had a queen size bed, with the bathroom that had a shower and a bathtub. The beds were comfortable, and I absolutely love the tub. The room and bathrooms were clean and pleasant smelling. The only issues I have with this stay is that I booked through a 3rd party, and they didn't mention the resort fee..we only stayed one night and the pool was closed. I will say that the conceige offered to reimburse the resort fee of $28, but I was too tired from a long day at Busch Gardens to do what it would take to get it Also, we were placed on the 3rd floor and we didn't see an elevator! After walking 10 miles, the last thing I wanted to do was drag luggage and a toddler up 3 floors. Other than that, I would recommend staying here. The staff were nice for the most part.

E writhing for the most part was just okay the bolt on our door was broken along with the shower drain in the second bathroom. We could not lock our front door fully which worried my wife I wasn’t to happy about that.

Great place for families!

Great place for families, lots of activities, beautiful pool. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The kitchen could use a cutting board and some mitts and they need to restock glasses and cups to at least 6. Be sure to bring your own laundry soap. Not thrilled about the extra charge for amenities….is this something new, as I have never paid it before?
