room keys didn't work both times we checked in. gave wrong room number so that was inconvenient. hotel was noisy after 10pm,11pm,12am,1am,2am. only reason we stay here again is if we goto the casino. security patrolling the parking lot was awesome though.

I booked this room because it was listed as soundproof, but it was not soundproof at all. I could clearly hear noise from outside and other rooms. When I complained to the hotel staff, the receptionist told me that there are no soundproof rooms in the hotel. This means the information on the booking site was false and misleading. I could have booked a cheaper room elsewhere if I had known the truth. This feels like a fraud and I am very disappointed with this experience. Please correct the listing and ensure honest information for future guests.

On the Expedia website, booked a Deluxe room as photo indicated that the bathroom had a tub. When I checked in, was told it was a shower. Had to pay additional fee for an "Upgrade" for a room with a tub. For the same cost, could have stayed at a close Best Western which included a breakfast buffet.
