I filled out the pre checkin online to speed up coming in, but on arrival I had to go through the whole process again. So it was a waste of time. I didn’t bother to try checking out online. The hotel is ok. Reasonably clean and the beds were comfortable. Some renovations to update would be nice.

Room was clean and staff was courteous. We did arrive after midnight so had to park at an adjacent property as no spaces were available. There were alot of shady looking characters smoking outside the front door and some inside which gave a rather intimidating atmosphere. Some had been noticeably tipsy to say the least.

staff were not friendly, didn’t feel welcome, hotel needs upgrades, had to ask for more towels as we had 3 in our room and constantly only 2 towels, that took a long time to get towels to the room. hotel was very noisey, hot tub was dirty, no parking when we arrived back to the hotel late, weird smell coming from bathroom sink drain, was a very negative hotel stay. would not return

First room the bed was dirty, the second room was better however was not comparable for the amount paid for a nights stay. Expected better as I have stayed there prior. Also entrance and common area not well kept and VLT lounge has an all new clientele that does not assist with the experience.
