Do not stay here! My kids found sex toys in the room when I complained. I was told I was making a scene yet. It didn’t raise my voice or use any profanity and we were kicked out at 9 o’clock at night. My kids were devastated. The manager was completely heartless. She could care less about our situation had no problem telling us to leave with a baby and two kids.

Run of the mill hotel

When here for our 10th anniversary. Check inn was slow and not very friendly. Room was laid out weird, bed very uncomfortable for me. Hot tub very small, not really big enough for two. Found a live centipede in the bathroom. Weird stains on the rug, and NO HOUSE KEEPING! Pool was nice, location is fine. And room was quiet.

Very over priced. One room didn’t have a shower curtain. The bar didn’t open until 4:30 and very small. At the price of the room should have included breakfast. No lounge as advertised. Will not stay here again. Plus I can’t get my Hilton rewards cuz I booked through Expedia hotel way overpriced

Great pool. Josie (dining area) was wonderful. It would be nice to have a safe in the room. And I was surprised that there were no recycling bins, so all the plastic water bottles go into the trash.

We were assigned and granted access to a room that was not made. To our surprise, the bed was undone, with visible fluids, towels thrown all over the room, and a poor smell. I request a new room. Staff apologized and provided a voucher for a complimentary breakfast. To that end, when I reserved the room, I had an option to add breakfast for $4 more. I didn't choose it because I intentionally decided to have breakfast in another popular place. The new assigned room’s TV was not working; it turned on, but there were no channels available. Two electrical plugs (we tried) didn't work, so our phone did not charge overnight. Finally, taking advantage of the complimentary breakfast, I asked for coffee and a pastry from the buffet to take up to the room while my partner showered. The waitress told me it was okay, but I had to sit down at a table and order it, and she would bring me a box to go—best advice: Fire the manager. Lovely property, never returning, and be happy you came across this review and avoid this hotel at all costs

Weekend getaway

Check in process was quick and our room was ready when we got there. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The pillows were not as firm as I liked but we made due. The hotel was not loud even though it seemed they had an almost full parking lot. It was located in the middle of everything which was nice. We went for a relaxing weekend getaway and that’s exactly what we got. We would definitely stay here again.

Great BUT….

Check in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly and room was clean with nice linens. Our only problem was our door battery was dying for key card entry so we were locked out of room multiple times which was very frustrating and a waste of time.
