Overall great stay and in a convenient location near some amazing restaurants and the beach. Staff were lovely and helpful. Carpet was dirty as I had a toddler running everywhere and lying on the floor and could see the dust and dirt stain her skin. Air con temp was hard to manage - felt too hot then too cold within 1 degree change. Limited gym equipment as well.

The location to be very convenient. Unfortunately, the condition of the room was quite disappointing. The overall cleanliness was below expectations, especially in the bathroom. The sink was completely blocked, making it very inconvenient to use, and there were noticeable yellow scum stains between the tiles.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant time. Staff were friendly and helpful; any requests we had were dealt with quickly. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Decor was a little dated and some minor maintenance required but overall we had a great stay. The hotel is an easy walk to the Wollongong foreshore, dining & drinking options and shopping. Like most hotels these days parking spots are narrow but available at a small cost.

One nights stay with friends in "2br apartment". The pool looked very inviting but there wasn't enough time for us to try it out. We were unable to stream on the TVs as the code to link our phones didn't work. Two bedroom apartment was a 1 br plus studio with connecting door; the studio was not fully equipped e.g. no fridge in the kitchenette and no beside lamps. Despite this it was a comfortable stay in a central part of Wollongong. A little expensive and parking is limited and can't be reserved. .
