Shower was dirty and I mean dirty around the shower edges. Spot stains on the kitchen floor. The curtains could do with a clean. It is a great location, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The room faced the main road and it was very noisy when leaving the windows and sliding doors open to catch the sea breeze. However, due to the noise, the air conditioner was on most of the time. Overall, the Adina could do with a facelift and we won't be staying there any time soon.

The staff is amazing. We arrived 1 hour earlier than our checkin time and were accommodated. We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. Which was spacious & fulfilled our needs. They provided us with extra bedding for the sofabed which was easy to setup & retract when not needed. The room was clean, while I can't call it spotless. The washroom was spacious, well equipped & spotless. The pool was heated and they provided us with extra towels. Will definitely stay again. As the hotel is minutes away from the City beach. And restaurants, cafe's & woolies are all around the corner.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and comfortable and having a laundry in the space was an extra bonus. I would definitely recommend the Adina apartments and would stay again. Thankyou for our pleasant stay.

From booking to arrival, the process was very easy. I had phoned to confirm some things prior to my stay and it was never an issue with concierge. Parking was available within the hotel carpark. You used a room card to access lifts which added that extra level of security so that no one off the street could come in. Kitchen was great however I’d suggest a larger saucepan and some oven trays. The lounge area - comfy and inviting. The bed was comfy as and bathroom equipped with washing machine and dryer was very handy. Pool facilities and spa was enjoyed greatly by the kids. Overall, fantastic stay and we will be back!
