The reception staff was excellent. In premises car parking was available for an additional charge of extra $15. The room was clean however 0100 when i went to toilet there were two large cockroaches running around.

Very outdated and dirty. There was fake eyelash stuck to the bin from the people before me. Bed was too singles pushed together and the mattress was bright yellow. Very unclean. The elevator takes a very long time. The size of the room was the only positive about the property but unfortunately due to the cleanliness we won’t be back.

Mantra need to update their proerty listings. I knew I would be checking in late, so looked for properties stating extended reception hours. The Mantra page advertised reception being open until 12.30am... only for them to advise me late the afternoon of my booking that they were only open until 9pm. This meant having to wait on the phone for a call centre operator to give me instructions on how to access my keys... the last thing I wanted after a 14hour work day at 11.30pm.
