I walked into my room, found some type of disgusting stains all over the lounge and cushions. The property smells, is old and dirty. There is one lift that takes forever to get up and down. The room itself is awful. Bare and old with very little in it - just large open void. I left the property immediately upon walking into my room and changed to another hotel. A definite hotel to avoid. Looks nothing like the photos online.

Hotel was ok , lift was very slow! Our room was not ready at 1pm , could not check in , the tv in main room was rubbish could only watch channel 10 and ABC have stayed in many Mantra Hotels , with much better TV options, it is 2025, sure they can do better!!

Nice rooms and easy parking, but the location wasn’t the best. Some sort of industrial site next door. Probably best for a business trip, not a fun weekend away.

Very happy with property, especially taking dogs. I must say I saw plenty of dogs but didn't hear them. I think my biggest concern was for property next door, that had grass area, which was obvious place that people were taking their dogs to, but I disappointed that I'm sure there were guests not picking up after themselves. I think hotel could make a few dollars doing a doggy daycare

Close to the hospital and doctors is the only thing that this property has going for it. It’s in a very run down condition. I could look past this but for how dirty the unit was, had to clean mould off the shower floor before use among other issues in including the flooring not being cleaned properly. Also the on site parking was unsecured. Could not recommend this accommodation to anyone.
