The room was….. dirty. A very tired old room. Old food in the drain in the sink, stains all over the carpet. The sheets were nice and clean, parking was good, friendly helpful staff. But for the price of the room for one night didn’t match the standard of the room.

The room was dirty, dust was everywhere. The walls had scuff marks and the room smelled stale. Very disappointed. Not worth the cost at all and was very surprised that Accor would have a property at this low standard. Only one old air conditioning unit in the living room, and old fans from kmart in the room which were damaged.

Room was dirty. There was built up thick dust on the TV cabinet. Bed was uncomfortable, The balcony looked like it hadn’t been cleaned ever, there were multiple red back spiders and cob webs along the balcony edge which my toddler almost grabbed, the lift kept breaking down and would take forever. Shower was dirty and shower head kept falling off, Service not great, do not recommend!

The only real problem with the hotel at the moment and for a while yet by the look of it was that there was a construction site right next door and it started very early in the morning. Not very relaxing . The room ok clean wise could have been better. Staff were good

They don’t move the blinds to clean so there was dead bugs by the windows and under the bed was very dirty. Needs a Reno and a good clean! Spacious though and good if you have a dog.

Far from a 4-star hotel. Everything is old and in very poor condition. The carpet smells like sweaty feet, the microwave is yellowed and doesn’t even work, and the fridge is damaged. They even have on-site parking and still dare to charge us per night.

Beds were comfy. Good room amenities, parking & location. But the room smelled extremely bad. We had to sit outside. Asked for a room change but they were fully booked. I had to request an air-freshener & they have me a spray bottle which said it was floor cleaner. Unimpressed & won't be back.

This property is very disappointing. Has not been maintained or cleaned. Ripped curtains throughout old furniture with scratches dirty bathroom. No breakfast facilities. Charging top dollar. Not up the Accor standard. Makes me think twice about booking any of their other hotels.
