すごく良い

南禅寺や清名橋歴史街区に近く夜景を見てもすぐホテルに帰れて便利でした。ホテルのすぐ裏にイタリアンレストランやバーがあって中国料理が苦手な人や夜遊びしたい人にはオススメのホテルです。日系ホテルだけあって部屋も綺麗でした。

很干净，分高级楼层和豪华楼层，双人房和大床房在不同楼层，导致我定的两间房一个在九层一个在十五层，入住只给一张房卡，因为刷卡上楼，所以我们互相去对方的楼层比较不方便，后来又去服务台补了一张房卡。除了这点其他的服务都挺好，有儿童的拖鞋，酒店的地理位置很好，后边是酒吧街，酒店晚上会听到楼下吵得声音，隔壁在卫生间打个喷嚏你也能听见。

Horrible service.

We asked for a roller bed and it was not set up when we got to our room. The hotel staff came to set up but didn’t know how to. Got a technician to set up the bed and the staff about to just leave us. We had to ask the staff to make the beddings for the roller bed. But he didn’t know how to, and did a horrible job.

申し分ないホテル。唯一は、ホテルの前の駐車場での運転の粗さ。間一髪で事故になるところだった。また、ホテルが空港まで送迎してくれると約束したのにもかかわらず、翌朝チェックアウトの際に、そんな話はないと言い出した。非常に残念。朝ごはんは美味しいし、部屋は綺麗で、1日2回掃除をしていただけることや、中国では珍しく水圧も強い。また、スタッフも非常に親切で、場所・立地も申し分ない。★4.5

The hotel in Wuxi is excellent. It is actually a Japanese hotel. The rooms are very clean and services are good. The area is also nice, very close to lots of restaurants and old downtown. The staff is generally okay, with an exception of a one person at the reception desk who was a bit rude when asking for travel documents (other then passports) that even when entering China we didn't need to show and didn't need. Luckily, the problem was resolved quickly.

體驗很不錯的飯店

雖然已經知道是不錯的飯店，但實際體驗更好。櫃檯辦理入住或退房都很快速與親切(遇到想插隊的人)，乘電梯必須先刷卡，且只能到達自己房間的樓層，房間算大，乾淨且安靜，床也相當舒服。衛浴間裡有浴缸及免治馬桶，確實很受用，很享受。唯一的不便是：下午2點多到達飯店辦理入住時，還沒有空房，所以只能先到外面走走。飯店離南禪寺及南長街不遠，走路就可以到達，飯店後面好像還有很多餐廳酒吧。夜晚的南長街非常熱鬧，吃的很多，算是很有氣氛的夜市。南禪寺應該也是個知名景點，附近小吃店也很多。
