Los Delfines III is a modern low-rise residential complex with a lift. It offers spacious common areas, access ramps and a swimming pool with a children's pool. Located in the central area of Xeraco beach, 130 metres from the beach. Adjacent to a wide landscaped pedestrian walkway which provides access to the children's playground and sports area (100 m away).



The apartment in question is on the second floor, offering a spacious terrace with awnings, plus a second private solarium terrace of 85 m2. From both terraces, there are views of the communal swimming pool and its surroundings. It has three double bedrooms, one complete bathroom, a toilet-shower, kitchen with gallery and spacious living-dining room. Offers AC in the living room. Equipped, of course, with television, washing machine and microwave. Also dishwasher in the kitchen. Includes garage parking space (cabined).

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bath-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster or hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!



Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Exit and evacuation of accommodations will be before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to deal with possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) of €28 non-refundable.



Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).



Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
