1. During check-in, it was found that the bed sheets of the last guest had not been changed and there was a lot of dust; 2. Check in was arranged at 15:30 p.m. and it should be 12:00 p.m. on the website; 3. All 4 days of check-in were dining in the hotel, but the meal fee was miscalculated when checking out; In general, the hotel has not done enough in management details.

Hotel staffs are professional and genuine in serving clients. Phil at front desk is exceptional. Location is great being close to beach, attractions and a nice hiking trail. Low key elegance throughout including the room. Buffet dinner has good food and pricing, wine and beer included. Stayed 6 nights in November. Love Xiamen and this hotel. Planning another visit in early 2020 already.

Great location and excellent service

We decided to stay here because of the high user rating and overall, it was a good decision. The hotel is located about a 10-15 minute cab ride away from the heart of the city, but it's right next door to the beach and a five-minute walk to a huge shopping/eating/night market area. The room is of good size, but the layout is a bit "unusual" with separate toilet and bathroom and a sink which was essentially in the middle of the room. There were no mirror in the room (nor the hotel for that matter) other than a rather small mirror next to the sink. The hotel creates a "sophisticated ambiance" with its "lack of lighting." While this is very nice visually, there lies potential health hazards in some parts of the hotel. This was especially the case when you exit the very beautiful infinity pool deck back into the darken hall-way, down a few steps (which is hard to see). The service is a real highlight to this hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the bell-hops (who also serve as the local travel expert and concierge). While the breakfast buffet was good but not exciting, the dinner buffet was excellent (especially if you are a seafood lover.) There are a lot of hotels in Xiamen, but there is a very high probability that we will return to this hotel again in the futuer

Super new high-tech hotel!

Really enjoyed our stay at this brand-new hotel. Lots of high-tech features in the rooms, extremely friendly and helpful reception desk and a fantastic breakfast spread. Good location close to beach and local shops and tourist sites. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

This property is furnished with the finest details. Every aspect of the room is carefully plan and craft out. From the small stationery box to the fully automated toilet . Is it so perfect! However good to have more English speaking staffs. Anyway, will definitely come back again!

This hotel was top notch and top value. The design of each space is captivating--no stone was left unturned. The rooms are incredible, tasteful, inviting, and spa-like. Comfortable beds, perfect lighting, a beautiful shower, perfect design touches, the list goes on... I recommend springing for a water view room. The staff are accommodating and kind. The food is out-of-this-world. The location is ideal; the beach is a quick walk away, and interesting neighborhoods with food and shops are close by (something that's strangely hard to find in Xaimen).

Absolutely one of the best, most beautiful and well designed hotels we have stayed in. Hotel is located close to some nice beaches in the southern part of Xiamen island. The food and service was excellent so we are really looking forward to come back again to this hotel. We went here during the CNY So a bit crowded in the neighborhood.

I like the hotel overall design and set up. Its located in the residential area , walkable distance to an open air mall. Its not in the main island of Xiamen where the train stations/ airport are however its only around 20 mins to main city where tourists attraction are located. There is no one stand by at the door, but receptionist are happy to help with your luggages. Hotel breadfast are satisfactory. Had a quiet and pleasant stay.
