They didn't check my guest in

I booked for my guest. I booked online from Australia. She arrived to check in. They did not have the confirmation number, and no one would help. I called Expedia, who said, they would be too late updating the information, and that's why. I should not be allowed to book the hotel, if I can't get in. I want a refund, obviously, and when booking Chinese hotels from overseas, Expedia clients should beware of this problem.

Convenient location, good value and quiet

The bus stop right outside the Hotel is very convenient, hotel staffs helpful in showing the ways. Bicycles available right outside as well. Breakfast is simple and good for Chinese, may not suit westerners. The only thing is they should enforce no smoking rule in the hotels strictly, and have more smiles on their faces, which is free, hahaha.

expedia経由で予約したが取れていなかった。それについては宿に非はないと思われる。しかし、宿の人すべてが英語ができなかったため新規に部屋をとるのに手こずった。

性價比高位置方便

性價比高，位置方便，門口就有公車站可到中山路一帶，房間清潔舒適，電梯需要房卡才能用，十分安全，早餐豐富，酒店後面就是狐尾山有散步道可以走上去運動一下，住的是向山的房間，開揚空氣好，因為窗戶可以開，酒店很貼心的備有電子蚊香。大堂還有佛學的書免費借閱。
