Me and my mother loved to stay at Europe Hotel! It was great experience! Very professional and friendly staff!
I work in Dubai and I know what is high level of customer service!
Room was very clean, breakfast was with good options and the most important everything was very fresh!
Everyone were smiling and so helpful!
Cristina (in the reception desk) gave us a lot of information, guided us from small details, did reservation for theatre, asked if we need umbrella as it might be hot outside. And this is just few examples I wanted to share! I will definitely go back to the same hotel and people!
Waitress Narine was very attentive to details, while we had breakfast!
The good part that it is very close to the centre. Specially the weather in the evening was great( we were there in 15th July to 18th July), we were walking around. It is really convenient place. We didn't take any taxi. Everything is near by!
I highly recommend to experience such gorgeous service!
