Cher Client, Nous vous remercions d´avoir trouvé le temps d´écrire votre opinion sur l´hôtel Alba Seleqtta. En effet, l´opinion de notre clientèle est primordiale, et elle nous permet d´améliorer sans cesse la qualité de notre service. Mais, je suis désolé de vous informer que nous ne sommes pas d'accord avec votre commentaire et je vais expliquer pourquoi: Les femmes de ménage commencent à travailler à 07h00 du matin, mais dans les zones où ils ne dérangent pas les clients. Nos chambres sont spacieuses, avec un mobilier moderne et confortable, de belles vues et beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Le Spa est contrôlé par nos techniciens de maintenance. Concernant la température du hammam et du sauna, dépend du goût de chaque client, les pays nordiques et russes demandent des températures entre 90-110 degrés et les clientes de la Méditerranée entre 70-90 degrés.
