家族3人で滞在しました。子供の体調が優れなかったため、ホテルスタッフさんに相談したところチェックイン時間より少し早めにお部屋に通していただけました。とてもありがたかったです。 ティッシュの補充が微量でもう少しでなくなってしまうところだったのと、お部屋のゴミ箱の塗装が剥がれている部分をテープで補強してあったのですが、それがびろーんと剥がれてしまっていたところだけ残念でした(笑) でも、ホスピタリティは素晴らしく、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました！

Loud large travel group ruined the experience. They seemed to take over the hotel, including the floor we stayed on. They kept their doors open and yelled to each other from room to room. Complained 3 times to the staff who kept trying to quiet them down. Ruined an otherwise nice hotel. I'll stick to smaller hotels that tour groups don't frequent.
