We stayed as it was an historic motel and thought it would be interesting. The patio table/chairs outside the room were very dirty. Inside the tub did not have a stopper, the sink was clogged and the lamp next to the bed did not have an outlet. The room was large and spacious. The bed was comfortable but the noise from the street was very loud.

Hotel and room were neglected. Area ok, not great. Parking lot and outside areas visibly dirty. “Breakfast buffet” was poor. Pluses are that it is close to the main downtown street, it was cheap, and that there was a unique room setup that met our needs. Wouldn’t stay again.

Do not recommend. You will be disappointed, dirty even the bedding, broken parts of furniture are left behind in plain site. I'm not even sure how can someone think it's ok to rent a room in that condition. The breakfast was costco individually packed pastries, barely any fruit and cereal. Not sure how that can be the best continental breakfast in Yuma. Sad because the hotel really have potential to be amazing.
