Our family was impressed with the quality of service in this hotel. Super friendly and attentive staff. They accommodated our early arrival without a word. A stunning view from the balcony. A wonderful restaurant and restaurant staff, delicious menue, many thanks to the chef and the hotel staff who did all their efforts to make sure the stay was comfortable!

Excellent place! The staff was the best! Everyone from the front desk to the bar/restaurant. I fell ill during the trip (DUE TO THE HEAT) not the hotel's fault and everyone made sure I was doing ok. Thank you! Best staff! The next time I get to Zante, this is my choice hotel

Pro: Clean. Attentive and knowledgeable staff. Rental car brought to you at hotel. Beautiful views. Rent car and go to shipwreck beach etc. Arrange for a private. boat - with the extra expense (through hotel). Cons: Short walk to town but the first part is scary because of no sidewalks (take a 8 euro taxi on return if dark). Room is very clean but basic and is very small/tight.

I would definitely recommend the Ionian Hill Hotel. The location of the hotel, close to the harbour, beaches and Zakinthos town was perfect. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern, and the pool was also excellent and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious with lots of tasty options and the restaurant itself was lovely with gorgeous sunset views. We ate there a couple of times just because of the beautiful setting and ambience, but I was not impressed with the cuisine. There is better food to be had in the many tavernas of Argassi, Zakinthos Town and the charming village of Bohali. The best thing about the Ionian Hill Hotel, however, is the staff. They are all outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The hotel is set in a great location close to the resort of Agassi without being affected by the hustle and bustle. The hotel staff went over and above to make our stay the best it could be for us. We would certainly make another visit there one day.

We visited by the end of September and our stay was quite pleasant. The Hotel has an amazing view of the bay, and it was quiet enough to rest properly. We were greeted by Yiota, who was very professional and personable. Angeleta at the restaurant was also very professional and kind. Overall everyone was welcoming and going the extra mile to please every guest. Although the hotel facilities were reasonable and comfortable, what would make us go back are the attentive staff. Accommodations were wonderful along with a wonderful hot daily breakfast along with Greek favorites. But the best thing about this hotel was Katerina. She helped arrange all our excursions, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip. She listened to what we wanted and went out of her way to make it happen. We so appreciate her patience, guidance and help making our stay truly stress free and relaxing.
