The hotel rooms were simple but clean with a nice ocean view. The food wasn't great but ok, the towels were very thin. The staff was disinterested. There were 3 fire alarms while we were there in which we had to evacuate the rooms - all were false alarms thankfully, but evacuating in our pajamas wan't nice, and we were given no explanations. On a positive note, they do seem to be child-friendly.

I really do love this hotel and have stayed on several occasions, I will continue to do so if I am in the area as the beds are so comfy, views are great and rooms are spacious. I just wish they would change the 4pm check in as when we arrived we where advised we can get in early. We went up at around 3pm and the cleaner had finished, leaving the floor but where not allowed in till 4 still.

Room was spacious and clean. Amazing amenties. Went swimming in the pool and had a wonderful time. Pool has secured lockers just make sure to bring a towel from your room. Would recommend and return.
