I booked a room with a bed and a double bed sofa but finally the sofa was not a bed and not for two persons. I asked the reception to change my room and they did. Also 2 hotels are in the same building with two différents laundry at two different floors. It was confusing and I obviously went in the wrong laundry. When I wanted to get my laundry I couldn’t access the floor and when I asked the help of the reception, it took time to get help, the washing machine had been stopped and my clothes where soaking in the water. We took everything went to the other laundry floor and start washing program again. Because I couldn’t wait again, I asked the staff to wait the end and put the clothes in the dryer and bring my clothes into my room. They said YES but did nothing. Worse, when I came back in the evening my clothes where clean but not dry at all. I then had to put in the dryer, wait 1h program and finally get my clothes dry and clean. Total loss of time about 2h and a lot of trouble. It would be simple to put precise information in the elevator and I told the reception to improve the instruction. So frustrating

My booking was including a double sleeping sofa but the room I got had none so I had to change the room. Finally all good, very new and well decorated, central. Should have more than 2.5 stars
