    The maid was excellent. Very nice and friendly. The receptionists were cold and unenthusiastic. The internet was down sporadically for the first 2-3 days of our 7 day stay. It was very loud. Could hear people talking loudly in the hallway. Could hear a big steel door creaking loudly every time someone used the stairwell.
