This is the smallest hotel I have stayed in, one level above hostel, no kettle, no room to move around, no option to lower temperature, no room service, no reception, its like staying in a capsule. Stay away and I am never staying here again.

Property comes clean but rooms are very small and there’s a mould in the bathroom. Also the heater is behind the bed so you are not able to see whether it’s started or not. Overall this is good for single night stay

Location and lockers and mattress good. Height of bed from floor poor, very low. Size of room poor, could hardly get round bed. Bathroom horrific! Sliding glass door was inches from my head and opened directly onto the toilet. No privacy from smells, sounds or being seen!!! Not ok when sharing!

Thin walls that makes sure you can hear everything that goes on in the adjacent rooms (I woke up due to my neighbours alarm). Beds are bad, cleanliness seems ok enough. Close to the train station. The whole bathroom is this sort of tiny plastic box thats just been put inside the room. Overall impression: Owner/company just trying to squeeze as much profit out of the place as possible and not caring about comfort at all. Would understand the standard if the price was lower, but for what the room cost you expect more and at least a minimum of comfort.

This is a self serve hotel. Bathroom is divided from the bed by glass doors, therefore no privacy. Bed from the glass door is less than two feet. Beds are very hard I felt the springs, also the bed is less than one foot from the ground.

No elevator. Walls are paper-thin. Very uncomfortable bed. Not in the 'city centre' as the name of the hotel indicates. It is actually located in Zurich's red light district, so beware!
