The hotel is centrally located and walkable to the HB station. There is an excellent vegan buffet place right opposite this place where we had dinner two nights in a row 😊. Their breakfast was excellent. The only complaint I have is that their bathroom had see through glass doors and since there is only one room, there is zero privacy.

Great hotel in the heart of Zurich

One of the most perfect hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Comfortable and incredibly quiet- I never heard another patron the entire time. Location was excellent also - was able to find restaurants even on a public holiday.

Shower was a disaster!!

Upon checkin I was very excited for my room, the location, and our planned stay. After unpacking for our 5 night stay, I took a well needed shower. First the shower head was leaking out the side, so I thought I’ll finish this shower and then notify maintenance. It progressively got worst and eventually lead to the shower head blasting off into my head. Leaving me with a bruise and headache while covered in soap. The shower hose went everywhere leading to a bathroom covered in water. After hosing myself off, I went to the lobby where they proceeded to change my rooms but not really being apologetic to the situation. I had expected the manager to followup with me which they did not. They moved us to a bigger room but one without the balcony that I loved the most. Later on in my stay I had maintenance come by without requesting anything and had them open the door unannounced and without knocking. The location is what really made this special. I would stay here again for the location and just have very low expectations of the staff and maintenance.
