Budget can still be very good

While this is a very 'budget hotel' they prove that you can do a budget-style and still provide a very solid product. If you go in expecting a clean and simple room in a great location for the airport, you won't be disappointed.

In website they say Air conditioners, but be careful it’s not , it’s an Air cooler and it can minimized to 24 degree Centigrade. CAREFUL CAREFUL

What I liked about this property was the easy access to public transportation that took us directly to the airport. The pizza place next door was great. What I didn’t like was we were sharing our room with our 13 year old daughter so we had to take turns stepping out of the room when someone was in the shower. Even saw a group of guys that were sitting in the hallway waiting for their friend to finish showering. Not very good idea to have a frosted shower door with a mirror directly in front of it. The shower was next to our beds.

Not close to Zurich but tram at the doorstep for the average 30 minute journey to Central Station. Very clean as is usual. Good washing machines onsite. Nearby cafe much cheaper for breakfast etc.

It is what it is. If you've stayed at an ibis before, you know exactly what you're getting. It's clean, small, extremely functional, quiet, and a place to sleep before you fly somewhere. The breakfast is adequate. They do what they do well.

I just had a very short stay, arriving at 11pm ans leaving at 4am, but the hotel is convenient, clean, practical and is sufficiently equipped for a night before an early flight, a layover or a late arrival. Definitely recommendable. First transfer by team to the airport is just before 5am, so not convenient for the first flights in Zürich, but a 25mon quick walk is a good start in the day, too.
