Can’t beat the location for a short stay. Easy to walk over from the airport. Also a short connected walk to the train station for trips into Zurich or day trips to surrounding areas. Super convenient.

Maintenance needed

Air conditioning was broken and so we were give two fans. To be fair they did offer to move our room but it was late and we had already unpacked. Booked a family room (3 pax) with twin beds. The second bed was a very uncomfortable sleeper couch with 1 pillow. Key card was faulty on two occasions - something to do with the battery. Staff were apologetic and very nice so well done to them, but our stay was well below par.

there are currently work done in airport and finding the hotel was a bit complicated and we had to go outside in the cold to find. waiting time for pre checked in guest was too long. we only found 1 bathtowel in a room for a couple , too tired to ask for another one....
