We were welcomed by the owner and she was charming. We had medication that needed to be refrigerated and she couldn't have helped more. The room and bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was great and at the time we requested. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed that evening but the owner was happy ...

The hotel rooms need updating. We book an hour before arriving but Hotel.com had not sent it through to the hotel. The receptionist gave us the room and said she would sort it out. Which she did telling us it came through 2 hours after we arrived

The hotel was dirty, had to clean the toilet and bathroom on arrival. The staff are lovely, very helpful. Only 1 hand and 1 bath towel for 2 people...no more allowed. Shower hook was broken windows & doors filthy dirty. I wouldn't stay again.
