First time staying here. Customer service is great, staff is very friendly. Food is delicious and the bell hopper was also very helpful. Definitely found my go to hotel when visiting Colima.

Great hotel overall but i wouldn’t rate it a 4 star hotel. At best is a top 3-star hotel. Food is decent but could be better. Prices are way to high and offer little accommodations for guests.

Horrible room to access, the entrance to the room it’s was a whole corn maze;not even warm water to take a shower., the food was very repetitive like chilaquiles,fried beans eggs.
