I had a great experience at this hotel. Friendly staff were very accommodating in making sure my stay was optimal. The room was very large, better than I expected. There was a nice gym that I was able to use also. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Gaborone.

Lovely clean rooms with very large comfortable beds. Excellent food and superb customer service. We also enjoyed the pool and small gym. Would return on our next visit to Kasane.

Location is great - near UB, river walk and main mall. Check in was easy. There is good wifi connectivity. Our room was big and clean, the décor is a bit dated but in a vintage type of way and really clean. And we had fully open able windows that kept the noise out. The bed was super comfortable. ...
