Overall, we had a great stay! The grounds were beautifully kept. There were plenty of outside chairs for the porch, firepit and lawn areas and a a nice assortment of play equipment for younger children and a cornhole set. We stayed the weekend in early November for a wedding 10 minutes away. Huge house with so much space. We had I’ll come back on the summer for the pool and boating. Host was tremendously responsive and flexible.

This is a historic property. It was quaint, quiet, and clean. We were made to feel very welcome. It was so fun to walk around and see all the homes and amenities in the Chautauqua Institute.
