Disappointingly, no refund.
We didn’t stay at this hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. Although Hotels.com tried to get a refund from the hotel, the hotel would not oblige. We are rearranging our trip to Laos next Spring. We will not be booking this hotel.

I had 3 nights booked here and didn't end up staying any of them, I'd rather of lost the money than slept here.. that should tell you how bad it is.. Looks nothing like the pictures, whilst it is a nice location, and the falls are beautiful.. the few hours I was there it was overrun with screaming ...
