Resort was nicely laid out overall. Very modern and a beautiful area in general. Nice beach. Rooms were nice, but housekeeping was hit and miss at best. Some staff were very pleasant while others need to work on their customer skills. Restaurants and food were good. The Royalton app needs improvement ...
