The receptionist was friendly. The bed was uncomfortable. I didn't use either of the bed pillows because they both were very thick and hard and I estimated that each weighed about 2 kilos. I would give this hotel an "excellent" rating were it not for the restaurant, which seems pretentious. Otherwise, excellent room, great sleep quality, lovely grounds and not far from the airport. Good staff too.
