"This hotel was huge. It seemed really nice upon entering. I did not like how their doorman forced himself to help us when we first got there. We didn’t even get a second to ourselves to discuss what we wanted to take up to our room. But he insisted we couldn’t use their luggage cart without him because “residents take too long with the carts” aka they want you to be spending more money to tip them. This rubbed me the wrong way. The rooms were very out dated compared to the rest of the hotel. Our window view with a child in the room at $400/night should’ve never been the staffs smoking area, but it was, gross!!!! Beds were so uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep. Both bed frames were broken and half way slid out and chipped. The shower handle was broken so you couldn’t adjust the water temp. Breakfast buffet is $30/pp plus tip, doesn’t matter your age. Only one ice machine on the property, and it’s on the 1st floor. It was also odd how they would valet people’s cars to the very first available parking, and make the peasants walk about a football field from the front door out to the actual car lot. There are no side doors to this hotel you must enter the main door. So this is quite the trek in the winter with all your belongings. They also don’t salt the parking lot. They only salt the side walk close to the door. I almost slipped many times. This hotel gives the appearance that it’s nice but it is not worth the money that i paid to stay here. I won’t be coming back. We ran home"
