Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Guillermo at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and provided outstanding customer service. The young man working in the family gift shop was also very friendly and welcoming. We would also like to recognize the bartender who worked on Friday and Saturday—she always had a smile on her face and made every interaction a pleasant one. The combination of excellent service, clean accommodations, and a friendly atmosphere made this a memorable trip for our family. We had a really wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the Grand Canyon!”"
