Booked a pet friendly room and it was great. The rooms were very spacious and clean. It’s nice that they have two pools and 2 hot tubs to choose from and I love the arcade. Perfect for kids.

Terrible service. No bottled water in the room upon arrival. If you have questions, you figure it out on your own because the employees don’t help at all. When you buy something at the gift shop they don’t even hand you a paper or plastic bag. The coffee machine in the room did not work and it took them an hour to come fix it Hidden charges when you see your card bill because nowhere do they appear when you book Never going back or recommending it

It was a nice family, friendly hotel. They provided a complementary s’mores. My son had a blast at the arcade and bowling alley. We stayed there after having toward the Grand Canyon and although there wasn’t a whole lot going on around the hotel, there was plenty in the hotel to keep us busy. I would definitely recommend.
