Danielle the front desk clerk was very accommodating as the was a deaf person in our party so she immediately upgraded us to room that was very accommodating to her needs, she also offered us an extra stay as we checked in at 1 am in the morning to the hotel. The room was very nice, comfortable & clean & also had free snacks & water to make our stay more comfortable. 10/10 recommend this hotel if you are in the area visiting the Grand Canyon.

Beautiful property. Free options for food at night if you arrive in time. The indoor and separate outdoor pools were sparklingly clean. Dinner onsite is expensive but good. That’s expected since you’re in a touristy spot.

The dust that was left on the headboard was disgusting. It hadn’t looked like the bathroom or the room had had a throw cleaning in years.. if it wasn’t for the maid room being open all night, I wouldn’t have been able to play maid all night. We had no toilet paper very few towels no Kleenex the list can go on and on. It was a very, very bad night.

Ambience was great, lack of a timely service.

Location was great along with the atmosphere, amenities and spacious room. But we did not have any conditioner and body wash left in our dispensers and when we asked for them they still weren’t replaced until another mention after another shower of not having any conditioner even though the room had been serviced with fresh towel. Phone to front desk did not work as they could not here me on the other end so we had to physically go to the front desk to ask for more soap and shampoo.

We picked the resort since it seemed like the most updated in the area. Upon walking into a room, we saw crumbs (at least that’s what I was hoping it was) on one of the chairs. Told the front desk and they sent someone to clean it up. They basically said all they do is turn over the beds for a one night stay. As a paying customer, I was appalled by that answer. Dinner at the pub was a disaster. We had an inattentive waitress who forgot to put my order in and when everyone was done eating, my meal finally came out. The food was overly salted. At least the Grand Canyon made up for the experience.
