Enjoyed the location, the apartment was beautiful. A few things were annoying. No power points near a mirror - even in both bathrooms. Makes it very difficult to do you hair (!) Shower pressure was non existent. Lingering smell, noticeable on entry. We seemed to get used to it.

This is in such a great location, you can easily walk into town without all the hills but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet! Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Pool is great and some cafes/restaurants downstairs too. Highly recommend.

The Boathouse Apartments market their property as "Luxury" apartments. They are far from that! The apartment we received was run down, dirty and in dire need of a refurbishment to meet "Luxury" standards. Even the toilet hadn't been properly cleaned. My wife and I were reluctant to write this review, so emailed the Boathouse Apartments twice regarding our stay and concerns - both emails they completely ignored so hence we are now writing this negative review. We could go into great detail but ultimately don't waste your money staying here. Book early and book somewhere else!
