Nous sommes restés du samedi au lundi le Menage n a pas été fait et à notre départ on nous a fait la réflexion qu il y avait quelques pouls de chiens. On nous a demandé 30 euros pour les chiens et on a une réflexion c est inadmissible. Il paraît que vous n êtes pas au courant que un seul chien et admis et vous ne le mentionnez pas. Bref séjour agréable mais le départ avec la réceptionniste un cauchemar.

Chère madame,Comme il vous l'a été dit au moment de votre départ, nous acceptons seulement un animal domestique par chambre, et de 10kg maximum, comme cela est bien spécifié sur le site d'expédia par lequel vous avez réservé , et sur lequel votre commentaire apparaît.Nous comprenons que ces restrictions puissent vous paraître pénalisantes lorsque vous voyagez avec 2 gros chiens, mais nous vous demandons de comprendre qu'avec des chambres équipées de moquette et donnant directement sur l'extérieur, nous sommes obligés de mettre en place ces restrictions.Nous vous présentons nos excuses si ces précisions données à votre départ ont pu vous contrarier et notons cependant que votre séjour a été agréable.Très cordialement

Seul bémol, la cuisine était débordée et cela résultait en de longs temps d'attente et des buffets dégarnis.
