We cannot say enough good things about the staff. Extremely helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and perfectly located. The breakfast was lacking in quality and selection, but the pastries were good. Their parking was nearly a kilometer/ half mile plus from the property. Again, the staff was fantastic. There was an insufficient number of outlets in the room.

Very nice room in a central location. We had to check out of the hotel one day early due to a cancellation of rail service. The hotel refused to issue a refund for the early departure even though Expedia (Travelocity) agreed to credit the hotel. We paid for a night we did not use at the hotel and the hotel got a credit from the booking agency due to our early departure. This leaves a sour taste for Hotel Padoue, Lourdes.
