Modest semi-detached villa with private pool and sea views located a few meters from the commercial zone and the beach, making this property a popular one. The two-storey house has its own private entrance. The first floor is the main part of the house and includes a lounge-dining area, all decorated in Menorcan style, an equipped kitchen, two double rooms and a recently reformed bathroom.



The good sized partially covered terrace is a perfect setting for dinner. Downstairs, at the same level as the pool, there is a double room with shower room and a small lounge area. This part of the house has its own entrance and is totally independent from the rest of the property. The pool area has a large terrace, a practical outside shower and the pool.
