L'appartement 15 est très bien agencé et en parfait état. La résidence propose une très grande piscine pour les enfants, avec toboggans. Il y a en revanche un manque en terme d'équipements : la cuisine n'est pas bien équipée, le frigo est à peine froid et le lave linge est clairement défectueux.
