Binife - Exclusive villa with heated pool

Binife has two fully equipped kitchens.

The indoor kitchen, located in the main building, is practical and functional, perfect for everyday use.

As a complement, the villa features a covered adjoining space that includes a wood-fired oven, barbecue, fireplace and fridge. Designed with views of the terrace and swimming pool, this area also has a toilet with a small cold-water shower, ideal for cooling off or providing additional convenience during use.

Outdoor areas:

The terrace and garden are equipped with sun loungers and parasols around the infinity pool and outdoor jacuzzi, creating a private setting in which to relax surrounded by nature.

Wellness area:

To complete the experience, the villa offers a wellness area located beneath the solarium, including a heated pool and a gym equipped with weights, an elliptical trainer, an abdominal bench and exercise mats.
Access is via a staircase from the outdoor kitchen or the outdoor living room.

The heated pool is available during May, June, September and October. During summer (July and August) it can also be used, although it is not heated, as the high temperatures keep the water at a fresher and more pleasant temperature. The water is usually maintained between 26°C and 27°C, with a maximum of 28–29°C, and should therefore not be confused with a high-temperature spa.

SERVICES

- The villa provides Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The indoor living room also has heating, while the outdoor living room features underfloor heating that serves the same purpose. The communal areas do not have air conditioning, although they maintain a pleasant temperature thanks to their open design and natural ventilation.

- A cot and high chair are available upon prior request; we recommend requesting them in advance to guarantee availability.

- The wellness area includes a heated pool and a private gym. In addition, extra cleaning services can be arranged upon request.

- To keep the swimming pool and garden in perfect condition, our maintenance team visits twice a week. These visits are brief, discreet and take place only in the outdoor areas. We always provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

- In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, in force since 2 December 2024, it is mandatory to complete the online registration for all guests and pay the tourist tax before arrival. This requirement applies to all tourist accommodation in Menorca.

- The tourist tax is not included in the total price and costs €2.20 per person per night. It will be charged when the online registration is completed via a link provided to the guest.

- Before arrival, and once the registration and tourist tax payment have been completed, we send all the information required to access the villa, as well as useful details for the stay. Should you have any questions or require recommendations, we will be available and happy to assist you through our customer service team.

- A damage deposit of €900 will be charged on the day of arrival, by credit card. Once the property has been inspected and provided there are no issues, the amount will be refunded by the same method within 5 days of check-out.

- The furniture, décor or certain elements of the property may have been renovated or updated over time, so there may be minor differences compared to the published photographs.

HOW TO GET AROUND

The centre of Alaior can be reached on foot from the villa in approximately 10 minutes, where you will find supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. Please note that during the height of summer, high temperatures may make the walk less comfortable at certain times of the day.

To explore the island, we recommend having your own vehicle (car or scooter), as it offers greater comfort and flexibility, as well as access to beaches and more remote areas that are not served by public transport.

Alaior is connected to other towns across the island by bus services, although timetables can be limited. If you prefer this option, you can find up-to-date information on routes and frequencies on the Mou-t Menorca website.

This villa offers its guests an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. This villa also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
